Subscription Box Cancellation

Consumer Rights and Cancellation Rights

1.  You may cancel your first order and receive a refund at any time before your order is despatched and up to fourteen days afterwards, beginning on the day after you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with the refunds policy (see below). Postage is not included in the refund unless the goods are faulty.

2.  To cancel your order, you must inform us by email, giving us your name, address and order reference. You must return the products to All Boxed Up Media Ltd within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. All Boxed Up Media Ltd has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

3.  Each subscription is classed as a single sales contract for regular delivery of goods, so you are only entitled to receive a refund if you cancel your subscription with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of your first “Beauty Box”.

4.  You are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time, however unless you cancel your subscription with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of your first “Beauty Box”, you will be tied into the contract for the remainder of the subscription.

5.  We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time as a result of any breach of these Terms. We also reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel and/or change the “Beauty Box” subscription model.
